  Hi.Post -operative infection is one of the most dangerous postoperative complications that could lead to blindness if left untreated, which fortunately be rescued by quick and correct diagnosis and intraocular injection..Blurred vision and black spots may be infected and may be related to black water.That should continue the treatment for now.And re -refer their doctor.
