Eye pain and harassment of too much light

Hi, I have been a few months after waking up after waking up when I want to open it..It's not permanent and some days this happens.For this reason and its sensitivity to light, I can't open my left eye quickly, I have to apply it or I have a hand that the light does not eat too much, and after that, I force it to force it..I wanted to know what the reasons could be!
