  The probability of these nodules is malignant if they are larger than 1cm or in simple radiographs, but the nodules smaller than 5mm are next to the circle or in the pulmonary phans are probably benign..But in patients with a history of malignancy multiple lung nodules are usually larger than 5mm and possibly malignant.You should be sure to see a CT scan specialist to make a decision based on the records and examinations.
