Severe knee spasm in MS after physiotherapy

Slam.I am infected with MS..Always for the spasm of my feet and the difficulty of walking by my former doctor - they went abroad for study opportunities - I was hospitalized and received 5 doses of corticosteroids and would be fine..But recently - since October 98 - under my knees, suffering from severe cramps;So that my feet are 90 degrees and no more than it.With 3 doses of corticosteroids and eating mathocarbamol tablets and 24 doses of tephanidine a day for 2 weeks and injecting 4 metacaurbamol ampoules and another ampoule - I forgot his name..I just know that each was a million and was injected directly under the knee- and 20 physiotherapy sessions, my knees are still the same and have not opened.Now because of the inability to do my personal work - my whole body was loose except under the knee that is still 90 degrees, I just eat a 4mm teasomin tablet every night..Is there anything I should do and not do?

Hi, unfortunately, this is one of the uncommon complications of MS that does not respond well to treatment.It may be best to use anti -spasm drugs, especially diazepam, bakloofen and methocarbamol, according to your doctor's opinion..Physiotherapy can also be effective.
