High blood sugar during pregnancy and its effect on childbirth

Hi.I am 33 years old.Pregnancy I am 33 weeks..During my previous pregnancy, my blood sugar went up a little bit when I became cesarean section 38 weeks.But I didn't have insulin and tablet injection.During this pregnancy, I gave up on 30 weeks of sugar and two hours later was 134.Fasting 79.I just observed with my doctor's opinion.Now I measured breakfast with a homemade sugar test two hours later.I don't know the device has an error but it was 154.I'm worried.I wanted to see if I had to repeat it or go to the doctor in person?
