Status dizziness

Question

Hi I am a 24 -year -old lady. For about a year, I had a dizziness and a few maneuvers I did my blood, but it didn't work so much..I didn't put my head on the ground all the time and did it very well, but it didn't work out completely, and I would have this dizziness again..I want to know if there is a definitive cure or I can never easily turn my head back and sleep comfortably?Now my neck has been a little damaged with this sleeping situation..I didn't go to my doctor
