Stain due to sunburn

Hi and don't be tired, I am 29 years old, I used to use the Golden White Cream a few years ago and my face was white. I went to the sunlight for a day without sunscreen and then fell on my pair of spots like a stork.I may have used a few soaps and creams so far, but it hasn't been resolved and recently went to the general doctor and prescribed a translucent dermalift and a handmade cream and I used to use for about 20 days now but I don't see any effect please if you can help.These stains, please, please what to do.
